1. Theory 2 is that Amelia and Fred were really spies and that after the plane crashed, the Electra was replaced with a different more advanced model that had cameras placed on the belly of the aircraft to take pictures of the Pacific and to make sure that the Japanese were not doing anything that the U.S didn’t know of.
2. The 4 Theories are: 1, She survived the crash. 2, they were spies. 3, she was still alive. 4, her plane is still alive but she is not.
3. The design, manufacture, use, or operation of aircraft

Amelia Earhart is a very brave and daring. A theory is an abstract thought or contemplation. The 4 theories about Amelia are that she and Fred were held captive in a prison in the island of Saipan, that they were spies, that they crashed and sunk, and that they crashed In Japan and Noonan was . Aviation is the design, manufacture, use, or operation of aircraft. Passage to freedom connects with the story because when Amelia Earhart crashed people thought that Japan found her in a base in the Pacific Ocean which made the US think that Japan was entering warfare so that started WWII bringing the refugees to Sugihara.

I think Amelia Earhart is a hero, a risk taker, and brave. She also was a role model for women and young girls. Theory is what you think happened. There are many theories about her disappearance one is she meant to go off course on purpose. Another theory is that when her plane crashed the Japanese took her as prisoner. Another theory is that she survived and went under a different name for the rest of her life. Lastly, she was a spy. Aviation means for an aircraft to fly. Howard Hughs was a pilot like Amelia Earhart. #30

Theory- the body of rules, ideas, principles, and techniques that applies to a subject, especially when seen as distinct from actual practice
Aviation- the design, development, production, operation, and use of aircraft
Amelia is a brave and strong pilot. She is a hero to me, and too many others. She inspired many females to believe in themselves. One theory of Amelia’s disappearance is that she was spying for the US government. People say spy cameras were installed into the belly of the plane. That would explain why the United States government made such a big effort for finding her, but no one is positive to this day. Another theory is that Amelia and Fred were held captive in a Japanese prison camp in Saipan. It is said that they were released after World War Two. Another theory is that she survived the crash and went under the name Irene Bolam. The last theory is that she stayed on an island called Nikumaroro. They say she survived for some time, then died from starvation. Several years later a shoe sole and a piece of metal were found on the island. Amelia Earhart’s disappearance is a huge mystery that is yet to be solved. Like Amelia, Howard Huges was a wealthy aviator. He flew during the time that Amelia flew. Amelia was a woman who had the courage to do anything.

I think Amelia helped shaped the aviation business by herself. A theory is an idea that someone has come to by certain research. One of the theories is that Amelia and Fred crashed and were floating in the sea. Another theory is that they were held captive on the island of Saipan. Another theory is that she was a spy. I believe that theory the most. I think the most insensible theory is that she was brainwashed and was “Tokyo Rose.” Amelia Earheart was a visionary. She had a vision to fly across the world and she almost achieved it. I think she was the most famous person for that span of months. Aviation is the design, manufacture, use, or operation of aircraft. Howard Hughes and Amelia are connected because they were both two people who loved aviation. The book Passage to Freedom is also connected to them because it was a story about a man who single-handedly inspired people, like Amelia.

I think that Amelia helped create the word "Aviation". She was a brilliant young lady and was very smart. Theory means that the body of rules, ideas, principles, and techniques that applies to a subject, especially when seen as distinct from actual practice. Aviation means the design, manufacture, use, or operation of aircraft. Theory 1: She survived the crashed. Theory 2: She was a U.S spy and was spying for the government. Theory 3: She moved back to America under a different name. Theory 4: She drowned with the plane. Amelia Earhart is like the story Passage To Freedom becuase Amelia doesn't give up, just like sugihara didn't give up. Howard Hughes is like Amelia becuase he was an Aviator and he was very wealthy. #20
